Great news!  Here are PIKA cards from USA / Canada.  Pika is an established and well-known manufacturer of cards with  high features and low prices. 

These cards are technically better, yet cost much less.  Analog cards are available with 4 / 8 / 12 / 16 and  24 ports.  Specialized cards can do Passive Logging.   The Digital series gives you Digital Logging on E1s or the usual voice cards on upto 4E1s per card.  Pika's famous for its API which can get as granular as you want.
